These Terms govern access to and use of the services and SaaS platforms published by WEVAL Consulting, in particular:
Using the services implies full acceptance of these Terms. The user undertakes to comply with them.
The services are accessible through a web browser. Some services require prior authentication. WEVAL reserves the right to suspend access temporarily for maintenance.

The data collected is strictly limited to what is needed to provide the service: identity, business contact details, usage data, technical cookies.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights: contact@weval-consulting.com.
Data is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in its data centres in Helsinki (Finland) and Falkenstein (Germany), and by OVH SAS (France) for some processing — that is, within the European Union (details: Legal notice). No transfer to non-compliant jurisdictions is made without adequate safeguards.
The WEVIA and WEDROID services use our proprietary artificial intelligence, WEVIA AI, to generate content. The user is informed that:
All content, interfaces, source code, algorithms and databases of the WEVAL services are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorisation.
Content generated by the AI for the user is licensed to the user on a non-exclusive basis for professional use.
WEVAL Consulting cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the services, in particular data loss, business interruption or loss of revenue. Liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the last 12 months.
WEVAL commits to an availability target of 99.5% excluding planned maintenance. Planned interruptions are announced 48 hours in advance. No compensation is due in cases of force majeure.
Prices are provided on quotation or on the product pages. WEVAL reserves the right to change its prices with 30 days' notice. Free services (free plan) may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
The user may close their account at any time. WEVAL may terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, with 15 days' notice except in urgent cases (abuse, fraud).
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), like the General Terms of Sale, without prejudice to the mandatory protective rules that consumers enjoy in their country of residence. Details of the publishing entity: Legal notice.
